All maeotoshi pieces are made to order. Production begins once your order is confirmed, with an estimated turnaround of 4–6 weeks before shipment. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Domestic orders (United States) typically arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment. International delivery times vary by destination, generally ranging from 7–21 business days. These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Any applicable customs duties or import taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the recipient.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in their original condition with all tags attached. To initiate a return, email maeotoshi26@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
To exchange an item for a different size, please return the original item following the return process above and place a new order for the desired size. This ensures the fastest possible turnaround.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at maeotoshi26@gmail.com with a photo and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Certain items are final sale and cannot be returned, including items marked as such on the product page, and items that have been worn, washed, altered, or are missing original tags.
